After the three year expiry associated with gift vouchers, your voucher is automatically deemed invalid within our system and you will no longer be able to redeem it.

Not at all, you can use your gift voucher partially and as many times as you require until the balance returns to zero or it expires.

Every voucher is valid for a period of three years from the date of sale.

Please make sure to record the voucher number, or take a photo of the voucher (including the number) in case it becomes lost. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen vouchers.

No, unfortunately, you can not refund gift vouchers to cash or use it to purchase another voucher. If you are not able to use your gift voucher for any reason you can nominate the original it to a friend or family member to use.
