Private PolicyWe appreciate our customers and understand that your time is valuable, therefore we have to include the following policies to be clear and transparent as to our procedures, as well as maintaining our high standard of punctuality.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled massage to allow time to fill out our customer form and discuss any requests or injuries/areas to avoid.
It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, the finish time will be as originally scheduled to avoid any inconvenience for the following clients and full price will be charged.
We require a minimum of 12 hours notice of intention to cancel your appointment. If you cancel an appointment within the 12 hour window, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit upon all future booking requests, at the time of booking. Special circumstances may be considered. Please note our opening hours are 10am-10pm and we can only accept cancellations within these hours.
If you "No show" to an appointment, and you endeavour to make a future booking with us, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of the cost of service you request for all future bookings at the time of booking. Special circumstances may be considered.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Gift Vouchers issued prior are valid for use for 12 months from the date of purchased. Gift cards must be surrendered in store upon redemption. If purchase exceeds the gift voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options. Must be redeemed within the validity period. Expired gift vouchers are not redeemable and gift voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited when expired. Gift vouchers are treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Mor Thai does not accept any responsibility for lost or gift voucher. Mor Thai reserves the right to verify the identity of the bearer.
