Yes, we require a 20% deposit for groups of 3 or more to secure your booking.

If you need to cancel your group booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24hrs or if you do not show to the appointment your deposit will be deemed non-refundable.

Yes, you can split the payment for your group booking, and the deposit will be subtracted from the total.

Booking requests received outside of standard business hours will be seen to as soon as possible during opening hours the next day. (Keep an eye on your junk mail folder too).
We may need to adjust the time or date depending on availability, and when every thing has been finalised we will send you a booking confirmation.
Please note if you do not receive a booking confirmation then your booking may have been unsuccessful. In this case we suggest calling: (02 62412471) during business hours to speak to our receptionist.
If you intend to claim remedial massage on private health insurance, we require the full details of each person including: first name, last name and phone number.
